Insane title

Sooo, I'm sort of at a loss here...

I want to go for the Insane title, but there's a problem; I'm already hated with Booty Bay AND the Bloodsail, and to kickstart this little adventure, I have to go talk with Sea Wolf MacKinley who also hates me too!

Is there another way to do this title that just isn't in the guide?

Since you're already hated by the Bloodsail try starting off with http://www.wowhead.com/quest=9259 to get the Booty Bay rep raised up to the point where you can follow the guide since MacKinley is on Booty Bay faction. It's a repeatable quest so you can spend some gold and fix the Booty Bay rep fairly easily.

EDIT: Worked great, cabby, thanks! For every 40 Silk and 4 Red dye, you get 550 +rep with Booty Bay and 275 +rep with Gadgetzan/Ratchet/Everlook.

You also get 500 -rep with the Bloodsails.
