Quest names, item names and NPC names have already been localized. They built in functions to get the names by WoW's internal IDs.
So far the guide works good (if you fix the lua error you get when using the german client). I play for some days now with the new version 2.0.626 and the steps advance automatically.
For a complete localization of the guide they need some time as the additional info about quests is stored inside the guide files and there's no way to translate that automatically. But so far they did a great job.
If another tester is needed I am also willing to help.
