      As for his new location, he's very close to Reesa, around the same campfire.

        It may just be the arrow is thinking you're on another map and pointing to the wrong place with the guide having the correct coordinates in the step. Normally when that happens just opening and closing the map will fix the arrow. Will have to check into this one.
