Just got back on after the server restarts and now whenever I open thealliance levelling guide by pressing the "Z" icon and then try to move with the guide open (and sometimes not even trying to move), the server boots me out. Please check?

Sounds like the same bug that's been cropping up since the 3.3.2 patch the other day. Do you know which section and step you're on?
Also try this, edit your WoW/WTF/Account/accountname/SavedVariables/ZygorGuidesViewer.lua file with Notepad. Find the section for your character then advance the step number by 1. This will normally allow you to get off that bugged step and continue.My Flight Path Follies guide

Smart Injection Bug
I'm having the same issue, but I'm not even allowed to advance the guide at all. I have disabled all add-ons except Zygor Guide and still get DC'd but enabling all add-ons and disabling the guide I have no issues. Guess I'll just leave it off and wait to see.

Thanks Cabby, I was having the same problem, took it into notebook, made the change, saved it.
