cannot access full guide

I bought the eso guide and and it runs but only shows the guide for levels 1-3 then says guide complete, I'm running on OS X 10.9.2.


any ideas?

Run our black Updater client and use the wrench icon to re-install the guides.

I did that but no difference, when in game i click o the settings for the add-on and that is the only guide that is listed

Try going to your Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/live/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor file in there.

Also, what zone are you in?

i am in stonefalls but deleting the files from the folder and re-installing worked thanks dude
