Seems when I use my big map (m), my location is always off I need to use mini map to see where I am. Is that a known error??

Sounds like you're using Cartographer. This is a dead addon now and not being updated. It's recommended that you get rid of Cartographer completely and use the guide's built in waypoint arrow.

I was having the same problem - I thought it was my eyesight!!
I hadn't deleted Cartographer when updating my guide - daft old bat that I am!! I have now deleted it and updated again, so hopefully the problem has now disappeared, I shall find out later.

Or if you want to keep Cartographer (because it's slightly more detailed than the ingame map) then just disable the "Look and feel" part. It makes the map a little less detailed, but now your position is correct.
