When I reach lvl 68

When I get to lvl 68 an can go quest in Northnend will i have to do the injection thing to get the guide to get to 70 or does it automaticlly go to northnend now when you get to lvl 68?

If you want to go to Northrend at level 68, you can, but be warned that you will be unable to accept some quests if you do so. If that doesn't bother you, go right ahead, you just may be a little behind in the guide for a while, until you catch up (there are more than enough quests to get you caught up to where you should be). With SIS released now, it's possible, so it just boils down to your personal decision on this.

However, to answer your question, our guides still direct you to wait until level 70 to go to Northrend.

I think it also depends on the class and the toon's gear. With my mage, I tried going to outland and got smacked around way too much, but if you're a Pally or Warrior (i.e. Non-Clothie) you'll probably have better luck living.

Ok thank you I have done this on my Druid at lvl 68 but that was without your guide an I was like lost lol My three 80s where 70 when northend came out so they was cool I will try it. Is there a way to auto set it to jump to Northnend quest or do i have to use the little clicky button on the left till i get there?

You can hover your mouse over the title bar and a guide section menu button will spin out. Click that button and select the 70-72 section in the guide list.
