What does the "All guides pack" contain?

Does it contain leveling, dallies, pets, professions....? "All" of the guides above it on the "Your Products" page?

Yes, the All Guides Pack is there to allow you to upgrade all of your owned guide packages for that faction with one purchase instead of having to purchase each one separately. And you will only see that option if you have all of the guide packages for a single faction.

I upgraded leveling a while back when you had it discounted for pre-order, with the exception of that one all the others are owned at MoP level, I don't see a bundle to upgrade them all in one go.

What happened to the price! Before posting thread it was $55. After getting reply to thread I went back and it is now $149.99!
Was the $55 a mistake?

We will have that option added as soon as we can. It's just because it doesn't normally display when one of the packages has already been upgraded.

That's why I started the other thread, I got confused by the $55 upgrade bundle. Now it has disappeared and I can't see any bundles at all.
