Can't download the WoD guides

The client is just loading. I just see a spinny circle, so it's not updating the guides or showing me any info. I can't find any way to download elsewhere. Is there a fix?

Servers struggling atm, same as previous expansion. It will get better once more people finish downloading.

Yes, if you purchased the leveling guide upgrade guide version 5.0.10768 should contain the 90-100 and the garrison guide.
But it seems the WoW server is currently not delivering quest information about WoD quests.

I did full reinstall of guides and it did a trick for me.
