Selling items that can not be auctioned

I have the "sell items that cannot be auctioned" feature checked and it doesn't seem to be working.

I assumed it would sell soul bound items that aren't upgrades or items my class can't use but it's not.

Is the feature broken or does it do something other than what I was expecting?

That might be a bug. We'll look into it to see if we can spot anything going on.
