Ok, that's the old startup.bat that should have been replaced. You downloaded and ran that uninstaller.exe file? When you open the desktop client what number is at the bottom left corner?Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Do you have 2 different client installs? Try running that uninstaller again and then before installing the fresh client make sure to search all drives and delete any zygor.jar or zygorguidesclient.exe files.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Thank you for the replies and help thus far.
I used the uninstaller you provided rebooted my machine, then reran the uninstaller again .
I then went to username>appdata>Roaming and deleted the zygor folder there. i also checked the appdata>local. i even went to the windows uninstall apps ect no zygor files found, i then did a search via windows for the 2 files you sugested i delete, could not find them, i even checked program files and program filesx86. reran the uninstall program again. restarted computer, then reran the uninstaller again. ran the zygor installer. it came up saying ther eis no folder ect all wetn smoothe, logged in as you have to. restarted computer and i am still getting the same things as i did the screenshot.

Let's try a test. Go into your desktop client, click the gear icon to go into the settings, then in the Preferences section disable the option to run at startup. Then restart the computer and see if you still get the errors.Become a Fan of Zygor Guides on Facebook:

Open your Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Escape)
Go into the Startup tab
Are there multiple startup.bat's listed that are Enabled in the status column? If so, right click on one of them and Disable it.
There was indeed x2 startup.bats listed.
In fact now you mention it when my computer started up you can briefly see the startup.bat file come up and dissapear and i remember seeing two of them, now i can only see one of them and it worked.
Will there be a fix for this at all ?
Or at least a way to perm delete one of them ?
Not sure i am happy having one permanently disabled
thank you very much for your help
