Turn Off Ants

With the latest update there no longer seems to be an option for turning off the "ants" between waypoints. Will this option be added back in? I have never had ants "on." I find them irritating.

I don't understand why people have to "vote" on an option. Some people like the ants and some don't. why does there have to be a vote on that. I personally can't stand the ants. I have too much on my mini map already i don't need that! Not to mention can't even post the "suggestion" unless you are an elite member? When did management of this addon change?
