Why don't I level?
I have been sitting at XP 289999 / 290000 (100%) for a long time during which I have killed lots of mobs and completed a few quests. Why do I not level from 60 to 61?

If you have the expansion then this sounds like a bug on Blizzards end. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket to have a GM get your account flagged properly.My Flight Path Follies guide

I think there is a NPC you can talk to to stop leveling. Perhaps you have accidentally talked to him? I read about this but I haven't tried it myself so I am not sure how it works. Twinks use this if they wanna be like level 19, 29 etc forever.Comment

I don't recall ever turning of gaining exp. Also, my experience bar did fill through level 60. It is just not tripping to level 61. I put in a request for in-game support 2 days ago, still no response. I am not sure what to do. Maybe email tech support.Comment
