He should be there invisible but will appear when you get close to his position. If he's not there then he might be at 58,75.8

Little confused - why would the quest icon not show since it is a quest. Still cant locate NPC - even used wowhead above on all 3 locations
apparenelty it is skip-able, but would still like to do it - just a completionist sometimes LOL

I'm really not sure. I remember the last time I ran thru Bastion while leveling there was no problem with him being there and I did the quest as the guide directed without any issues. As long as you are level 51+ it should be there.

Mini map shows no available quests. Zygor shows where to WORK On the quest

The quest log doesn't have the quest.

I don't know where to go from here - I suppose I can skip it.

I did go back in the zygor quests - seems I am spot on so far. this one is just acting weird.

What do you think?

Wonder if it's some kind of new bug on Blizzard's side that's causing it to not show. The only thing I can suggest is to submit an in-game GM ticket to find out why the NPC is not showing up for you when he should be there.

Nope! Just found it. Apparently, I went ahead in the guide a few steps and he popped up. not sure what order as many of the quests was as they were grouped for turn-in. so got to step 120, and he was standing there ready for giving out the quest. I know people are saying he is "invisible" but this is not true. One of those quests triggers his appearance AND the Yellow "!" on the mini-map. He is NOT Invisible. But I think Wowhead might have a bug, as this quest seems to be part of a chain
