The covenant quest line guides will introduce you to the conduit system and doing that will get you your first 3 conduits from a quest reward.

One advantage you will have is that there are items available to teach you all conduits at levels of 200, 233 and 252 iirc.
But you will still need to open up the conduit system via the covenant campaigns.
