Unable to remove orange dot waypoint

I have an irritating orange waypoint dot appeared on my ZM map which I cannot seem to remove by either right-clicking or shift-click. When hovering over dot it states Accepted '.' with the distance shown. Any ideas on how to remove?

You could try resetting the guides. Exit the game, go to the wow/retail/wtf/account/<your account name here>/savedvariables folder, and delete the Zygor files in there. See if that gets rid of the dot for you.
