Can't use Zygor! Elite account but no guides in-game

Hi Guys,.
I bought the guide but when I go online this is what I see:

No matter when I click nothing shows... any thoughts how to overcome this issue?

Support already told me this is a known issue and they are trying to fix it ASAP!
For info of anyone user that have the same issue!

I am having the same issue. It worked all morning and then Blizz put out an update to fix the Call to Arms BG rotation and now Zygor is not working.

Zygor seems to be working but there are no levlling guides any more. Professions guides are working fine. Will they be up again soon?

Sorry, correction, no guides are shown, all blank like in the first post, even though I ran the update.

Works again, just update Zygor and reload WoW

Turned off Classic addon and just use Classic WOTLK one and that works fine.

I just installed the client and I and elite status, first time using this guide.
In game it says I am on trial version even when the desktop version says elite and I hit update for classic wrath 2.1.27512.
Not sure what to do next (I launch the game from blizzards site and not from zygor if that makes a difference

Are you playing classic (vanilla only server) or wrath?

I am and I looked thru the forums and found your response to another on the subject.
Classic Wrath- I had donwloaded the free trial and tried it and upgraded.
I had to go into the wow folder and delete and reinstall and that worked perfectly.

Just a suggestion - Might want to add that as a possible action for future subscribers.

So far enjoying the program!
