Issues with travel system

Zygor starts to ignore travel via flight points recently despite all the right boxes ticked in the settings. Looks like the guide prefers travel over land instead of using flight masters in some instances.
Anyone else with similar problems?

With the prepatch (and the stealth hotfix Blizzard did on Thursday) a lot of addons are having issues. Most likely what you are seeing is some addon conflict happening from an addon that still needs to be updated.
