Lagging using Zygor and Questie on Classic

I recently started using Zygor as the pre-patch launched, and i have been getting major lag spikes every 10 seconds or so.
I have narrowed it down to being Zygor together with Questie is what is causing it.
Is there any way to fix this? Are others using both addons at the same time with no problems?

Only thing I could suggest would be to exit the game, go to your wow/classic folder, and rename the WTF folder to WTF.Old. That will do a reset of the game and all addons but I've found that normally when there is some fps issue doing this will fix it (some odd corrupted file somewhere within that folder). If it does not fix the lag then you can always exit the game and rename the folder back to restore all settings.
