Smart injection skipping too much?

Using zygor classic and before when the 50% was running I was obviously blitzing through levels too quickly. Since then I used the smart injection after the exp event ended to get back to where I need to be. It's been making me catch up this entire time and skipping quests it deems too lengthy to be worth the xp per hour, but I've reached a point (level 49 to be exact) where it would like me to accept a quest that I'm not a high enough level for (The Smoldering Ruins of Thaurissan). Which should be.... impossible following the guide to the letter.

Hmm, instead of using the SiS try loading a guide for 2 levels below your level and start following from there. You will of course hit some quests that you can't accept due to not having done prerequisites but integrating into the guides in this way should prevent you from being told to accept quests that you are not high enough level to accept.

I did a bg to shore up the last bit of exp to hit 50, I've since disabled smart injection system, but it's still being an issue. I'm 53 now and it has me in the burning steppes, and once again it wants me to accept a quest I'm not high enough level for. I even ran with the 10% brewfest buff and ran a couple of bg's and I'm still not high enough level for it. This means the flow of the guide at least in this section has to be seriously off.
