The following was part of a mailing by Dugi:
"However, while we were busy creating our new addon Dugis Guide v4, we were under (and are still currently under) a lawsuit threat from Zygor Guides.
To summarize Zygor demands us to pay $75,000 for 2 months worth of loss of income due to our distribution of TourGuide and force us to agree to never distribute any leveling guides or else they will take it further to court for up to $150,000 per infringement."
