Feature Suggestion - Load select guides

Hello,

I've been thinking about this for a while, and it would be great if you could select what guides you want the addon to load to reduce the load on the game when you first log in.

Maybe have a selection in the app to only load the guides you're going to use that session instead of having them all load because as of now when I log in my client freezes for about 30 seconds and then says "894 guides are loaded". Surely in this day and age you could change it to only load the guides that are applicable. Even a quick /reloadui to load said guides would be better than a constant 30 second load in freeze?

It should not be freezing like that. In retail it loads thousands of guides and does not have a freeze. Most likely what you are seeing is either some odd addon conflict when loading or some corrupted file somewhere. Going on the assumption you are playing wrath (due to the number of loaded guides) try doing a full guide reset.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_classic_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
3. go to the WoW/_classic_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the wrath guides only
5. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it
