Does the Dragonflight Story Only guide include the side quests needed to reach level 70 without having to backtrack and do quests? I remember on the beta you could not reach 70 by only doing the story quests and I would like to not do every side quest with the Full Zone guides that is available and only those that are needed for the fastest leveling.

The Story Only guide is just that, story only. If you want to do minimal side quests then start off doing the Story Only guides and then once the story is finished if you still need some levels just load the full guide for one of the zones and it will skip the completed story quests and just take you to do side quests.
