Your support link is still not accepting my query... do you really want me to post this on Public forums?
I enter the query- type in the 4 digit "Capture Code" - hit [SUBMIT] - then Fek all returns (no email confirmation on query received even):

I just did some testing and it seems that it is only broken if you are logged into the website. If you log out first and have to manually enter your email address then it will work. I have let our webmaster know about this and we'll get that fixed as soon as we can.
