Gear advisor is completely broken. I am constantly being told that items with worse stats than what I currently have equipped are better. More so, I am being told to equip grey / leather and cloth gear, for my prot warrior.

Sometimes there is a chance that the game server gives us item data that is not complete, without any indication that there is more coming. Usually, we either get full tooltip, or RETRIEVING_ITEM_INFO. But if we get tooltip, we have to assume that it is complete. This is the case here. At the time of scoring, we got everything but the stats. Unfortunately this has been happening more and more recently and there is nothing we can do about the game server not sending the info.

It looks like it's getting nothing, as it's not just the stats, its even the armour type. and zygor shows that the stats are better as well. and it's definetly not a rare thing, i would say 3/5 items i get are marked as upgrades.

I think it's time to cancel my sub, been a long 5 years, but paying for something that is broken, and there are free alternatives that do the same, but actually work. it's time to stop supporting zygor.
