Question regarding talent tree's

You guys have done a pretty good job at keeping up to revised trees after new patches, I have a question though, I am assuming the tree reflects the best levelling choices for each spec or class and once you hit 70 am I safe to assume the talents are the best generic mix for the class and spec? or what do you use to theorize best talent choices?

We base the talents and item score for gear on solo questing. They should still be good to use in dungeons and raids without holding the party back however they are not optimized for the best dps output in a dungeon/raid situation so you probably won't be topping the dps charts. If you plan to do dungeons/raids as a tank or healer then you it would probably be better to get a more optimized talent spec and also item score settings for those roles.
