Zygor guide not showing in game

Hi i started my zygor guide and entered the game and realised that the zygor in-game guide is not showing, so i tried re-installing, repairing and restarting my pc. Still nothing worked can someone help me please?

Which game are you playing? Classic, Wrath Classic, or Retail?

I'm having the same issue but only with one toon. The last time this happened a complete reinstall did the trick, but not this time. Have you found a fix yet?
