Where are the guides for the new Unlock for Allied races

Trying to do Kul Titian unlock and I think the guide is running me thru the old unlocking scheme. Now it says I have to do Loremaster.. My guides are updated.

Those guides have not been updated yet and may even be removed since there is no longer anything that needs to be done to unlock them other than being level 40. In SW go out to the small house back near Chromie and talk to the person in there to unlock the allied race.
