18392 recommending whistle on argus

I noticed last night that in all 3 argus zones, I was getting recommendations to use the whistle that only works on the broken isles zones, trying to use it in argus fails since there are no flight paths.

Hmm, looks like it might be intentional. I hit revered Argussian Reach but didn't buy the item that upgrades the whistle to be usable on Argus. Not sure if it is detectable which one you have when it makes the recommendations
