Drustvar Leveling: Fallhaven flight point step out of order.

Very early in the Drustvar questline, after finishing Signs and Portents, the guide says the next step is to get the Fallhaven flight point, but it's not unlocked yet. You are phased until you destroy the Cursed Effigy and are ready to turn in The Final Effigy quest.

This may have changed in a recent patch. These types of small issues are pretty common when the game moves from beta to live, as Blizzard tweaks things near the end to polish how they want the game to function.
