OK, this thread is becoming so large that it is getting hopeless to find any specific info about a specific class. I vote to break up this thread in talend and spec discussions for the different classes separetely. Would be great if they could be made sticky too.

Also, just tried to read up about DK dps spec, with different sites saying either frost or unholy is better. They can't even agree to which one is best single target or best aoe
So my questions are:
Is frost or unholy best for leveling following the guide?
Which one is best for leveling by doing dungeons?
Which one is best at lvl 85 for dungeons and raids?

As for this thread silverhawk was working on another thread that was supposed to be for the new 4.0.1 talent specs don't know what happened to it. As for a DK: I would go with the Unholy Spec myself because of the ghoul becomes permanent pet like a hunter pet for leveling. Frost would be my best guess for dungeon and raids. Nobody knows yet for 85 content even elitistjerks.com if they say they do they're lying.

For DPS as Chaos said, Unholy is really the best right now from what I've seen - but if you want to tank (and in my opinion, that includes soloing and PVP), that's when I use my 2nd spec of Blood. It does some self healing, better survivability and even decent burst damage.

Where can i preview the Zygor talent builds for hunters?

Probably been asked a thousand times but where can I get a look at the suggested Zygor builds for hunter preferably in talent tree format. Luv the guide but when I was looking at SV hunter build lvl 80 was points in Kill Command (BM) which I never use (never have that much focus). So if any SV hunters have a better levelling build at 80 wud appreciate seeing it plus info in how to customize the Zygor talent advisor. Thnx.

The first post of this thread has a small write up of how to create your own build file to use with the Talent Advisor.

As for a place to view the suggested builds, the best place to do so in a talent tree format is in game where you can see in the talent window what talents it would take.

k will look at the first post. Regarding viewing the builds I probably wasnt clear in my original post. What I was looking for were the Zygor builds used in game. In my case an SV hunter.

Open <wow-dir>/Interface/AddOns/ZygorsTalentAdvisor/Builds/ZygorGuidesBuild.lua in you preferred text editor

At line 247 change:

Save changes and close file

Note that this is not fixed in 3.0.1577 so you will need to re-apply the fix once you hace updated.

It's probably not fixed in the update that was just released either, but Zygor says they'll be working on talent stuff in the morning so should be fixed tomorrow.

Tallent Guide

Since the tallent guide is not working, when I try to select a tallent for my 81 pally, the warning comes up that the advisor will not work again if I do. Is that permanent? or will I be able to select a point and the guide pick up when they get it fixed? I am ret speced aligned with the advisor, and not real sure where to place this extra point. any advise?
