Zygor Client Subscription Expired - And Guide Arrow

Hi,

I re-subbed this morning to take advantage of the WoW weekend.

However, my Zygor client states my subscription has ended, even though on the members area it is active for a month.

I have tried re-installing, re-syncing, Re-starting, I have even deleted contents from
WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder

So far the re-subbed seems a waste of money and unless anyone can help I'll have to request a refund.

Just out of curiosity, will the location\waypoint arrow return if this is sorted?

What username do you see on the desktop client (not in game)?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Desktop shows expired but online I'm current through Oct. 2021. My username on the client and here are the same.
