Weird issue

I have a new DK. Cause its one of the easiest ways to start on a new server...

I also have a Pally on the same server...

I have Zygor Horde and TomTom and QuestHelper and QuestGuru on

I have done the Warchief quest and am now heading for the guy next to the tower..

Here is my question:

On my Pally I can see both arrows

Why can't I see two on my DK...
I have tried the Postion resets for both TOMTOM and QH

If you are still in the DK starter zone, you wont see the arrow on TomTom.
That zone is not loaded for everyone. Not sure why that is.
