hello zygor i have bought your leveling guide and it says i have a trail dailies guide but im sure i bought them both is it just me or do i have to rebuy the dailies guide and help would b aprecciated thanks your guides are amazing..

Our records show you should have both the Horde and Alliance Leveling guides. Are you using the Zygor Client and if so, did you click settings and enter your account information?

yes i have the levelling guides but should i have the dailies guides or do i have to buy them

Yes, the Dailies and Events guide is a separate product and requires a separate purchase.

Mac trouble

I just bought the Mac Horde and Alliance guide today yet when I download it and install it, it only shows me the trial 1-13 quests and I am a level 19 right now.

I just bought the Mac Horde and Alliance guide today yet when I download it and install it, it only shows me the trial 1-13 quests and I am a level 19 right now.

Delete your current copy of the guides out of your Interface / AddOns folder and reinstall using the mac link download. When you go to the all-in-one download area you should see a list of the guides you have access to. That will tell you what the link is going to download. You should see the Horde and Alliance guides listed there without the word Trial attached to them.
