No, Cartographer is a dead addon at this point and the team have developed their own waypoint arrow. Make sure your guide is updated and select which arrow you want to use in the Waypoints section of the guide options. You can use the Zygor arrow, TomTom, even Carbonite.My Flight Path Follies guide

Cartographer is made by a third party, has become outdated, and is not longer being updated by it's developers.
