For some reason, I can't seem to get the arrow to appear in game to tell me where to go! lol how can I fix this!

Right click the Z icon on the mini map, click the "+" symbol next to Zygor Guides Viewer, select Waypoints, and switch the waypointing addon drop down menu from none to Built-in waypointing.
