177 : Turn in Zanzil Secret
178 : Fly to Rebel Camp ?!?
179 : Turn in Raptor Mastery 4
180 : Fly to Booty Bay ?!?
181 : Turn in Voodue Due
182 : Turn in Akiris by the Bundle

Ok why make us go to Rebel Camp before turning in the 2 others quests in booty Bay ?

Steps should be in that order: 176, 177, 181, 182, 178, 179.

I believe that right after that you ride the boat over to Ratchet and go down to Tanaris to do other quests. If that's right, then the order you turn in the quests/fly up to the Rebel Camp won't really matter.
