Due to running an instance with a friend i have dinged 46 well ahead of the 45-46 part of the guide. Should i really skip to 46 or just carry on? in other words will it even its self out or just skip and go form there?

Keep following the guide. It will skip some un-needed quests here and there to get caught back up to you, but if you try to manually skip a section then you'll miss out on doing a lot of important quest chains and the guide will be wanting you to accept quests you can't.My Flight Path Follies guide

I see now some of the stages at 45 have gone blue and others havent, are the blue ones the ones the guide is telling me to skip?Comment

Yes, the blue steps are the ones that the guide plans on skipping. The guide should automatically skip over those steps.My Flight Path Follies guide

Yeah, if you stepped back some and picked up some of them then the guide might not skip them all. Just let the guide skip what it wants to for now and it'll get straightened out.
