Bought horde guide how to activate it

I am blood elf and bought your horde guide after getting my username and password still did not discover how to upgrade it with full featured guide. Used your zygor guide updater to update my guide with full one but it still says 1-13 horde guide.I used repair feature as well could you say me how can I upgrade it?

Make sure your Zygor Guides username and password are stored in the client settings. To enter the client settings, click the Settings button at the bottom left of the client window.

Thanks for replying I solved problem at in game menu by clicking the Z button which next to my map. I select 13-20 guide and now it works perfectly fine but i still didnt understand why do I need to select part by part is there any option constitute 1-80?
By the way thanks for preparing this useful guide it helps me a lot i am waiting for your upcoming gold making guides

Hmm, the guide should progress automatically through the separate sections as you level. You shouldn't have to manually select each section as you go.

Maybe there was still some remnant of the trial version installed there. I'd recommend clicking the Repair button in the Zygor Updater.

I was just told about your guides from a friend so I ordered it tonight. I've got 4 toons that are all 60+. All I can see is the 60-62 guide which is not what I need. When will I be able to see the rest of the guide? I bought the Horde & Alliance guide and I'm just trying to figure out wth to do, lol

It doesn't sound like it's installed properly. Run the Zygor Updater, click the Settings button, make sure your Zygor website username and password are entered into the right boxes, click Ok, click Repair. That should hopefully fix it for you.
