What do I do?

I'm at level 69 and all this crap in my guide has fallen to, well, crap.
Is there a fresh restart at level 70? In other words, can I drop all the quests and start fresh?

What should I set the injection settings to?

Yes, the 70-72 guide is a fresh start. Just drop whatever is in your quest log and load up the 70-72 guide to get going. Keep in mind that since you're only 69 right now there might be a couple quests that you can't accept until you hit 70.

For SIS settings you can leave it go for skipping or if you want to turn it off and not miss any steps just go into the Dynamic Progression section of the guide options, un-check the 4 boxes, and adjust the slider to 80.
