My Guide isn't updating

I pre-ordered the guide like a week ago and went to use it to level my low level warlock as I have levelled characters using this guide before. But the guide hasn't updated to the places that are meant to be there, E.G places in northern Stranglethorn that weren't there pre shattering. Also I've just updated the guide just now to the Cataclysm guide but it's still showing the old guide with all the same layouts and without the new 1-60 and 80-85 areas.
I have tried repairing, updating, relogging on and off WoW, it's in my WinRaR in the World of warcraft, interface ->Addons section so I don't know what wrong with it.
If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

The guides are not installed correctly. Do a search of your hard drive for any folders named ZygorGuidesViewer or ZygorTalentAdvisor and delete them. Then log into the Members Area and download the Zygor Updater and follow these instructions: http://www.zygorguides.com/help/windows.php
