Is the Mt. Hyjal and Vashj'ir guide in the same guide 80-85

Are the 2 starter zones in the same guide or are they 2 separate ones? Cause on mine all i see is 80-85 guide. Just wondering great new layout.

Now I'm not a 100% sure on this but my best guess is this. Also added travel steps on how to get there.
Skip to step 256 for Vashj'ir.
Step 610 for Deepholm.
