Is there a changelog or some place I can go to see what changes have been made in the updates?

There is a log button in the updater. But sometimes like the last update there is nothing there. Don't know why but it just is on some of them.

Yeah, I saw the button and I clicked it and I saw nothing only a flashing cursor and nothing else. I thought maybe it was for me to log my thoughts...

Also, I am leveling through twilight highlands and a LOT of the steps don't have names for the quest givers. Its just 'talk to ?'. Not game breaking, but kind of annoying. Is that a known issue or is my thing broken?

It's a known issue. We may get a fix for it tomorrow no guarantees.
