Horde guide: Missing a section

Hi, I'm lvling a troll druid and would like to inform you that (Maybe my guides messed up) That my lvl 13-20 Kalimdor guide is not there.. it goes 5-13... then the next one is 20 - 25

I was wondering if this was already known & planned to be fixed with the SiS fixes?
