Major Update - Tons of SIS Fixes + Dailies ETA

Alright! It's about time for a huge update, ain't it? We know...
Sorry to keep you waiting, but we come with good news! :-D

We've just released a major update for our Leveling guides. This
includes a TON of fixes for SIS. As of right now, SIS is about 98%
up to date, so we're almost there!

With something like 10,000 quests in our guides now, there's bound
to be a few quest chains we missed - so if you come across any, PLEASE
let us know so that we can get those fixed a little faster. We'd
sure appreciate it. :-)

* Fix for undertimed completion checks (took 3 seconds to complete
"go to" and other goals)
* Fix for Deepholm "sliding map dot" bug
* Fix for another occurrence of the "quest followup is skipped-as-impossible
right after completing the prerequisite" bug

Dailies Guide Status:

With only a little bit left to go on fixing SIS, for the most part,
we're toning down our efforts on SIS and focusing on getting our
Dailies guides expanded for Cataclysm. Good news - we've been working
on them for a while, just not at full force, so we're not starting
from scratch.

But now we're ramping up our efforts in that department to get those
expanded and reading for you to romp around with. :-D

ETA on Dailies Upgrades:

Either the end of this week, or early next week. We're aiming for a
January 7th release date and will do our very best to get them out
by then.

Thank you so much for your patience with us while we caught up with
all of the issues our guides were having. The community support has
been awesome.

As we ease out of this initial Cataclysm craziness, expect to see
a much more active and refined Zygor Guides in 2011.

Very nice update. When I first contemplated buying a leveling guide, I was kind of hesitant. But I'm glad I picked Zygor

So does this mean SiS for the most part will work?

I have a level 20 hunter I leveled up pre- 4.0.1 with your guides but just recently wanted to try leveling it up with the new content. But won't let me start up at a good spot.

I know how to adjust my settings to sort of work around it but it's not giving me any quests to start on and goes straight to "You should now be level 21 if not grind." Will I finally be able to use it again?

If there are any kinds of problems you may want to try a repair first befor submitting any kid of problems.

Thanks for all the hard work! Today I was going through the Mt Hyjal stuff and it was skipping all sorts of stuff...

It then told me to go to Vasj'ir, again, skipping everything except "Get this flight path" (some of which I couldn't get).

It wasn't until I worked on the Dynamic Progression option that I "fixed" the problem (I was lvl 81, in a "lvl 80" area).

This wasn't a major pain, but it was still enough to anger me for a bit. Glad to know that you've gotten these quest paths fixed.

I love this product! As for the "guarantee" of 1-80 in 7 days... I have NEVER played WoW before, and picked up your guide. My results: 7 days, 20 hours! I couldn't be happier!

Nice work; hopefully this will cease the frustration. I was about ready to give up on the guides altogether (and had already stopped using it on some toons).

Now for the Dailies guide update - I hope to see it being free, or at least affordably-priced.

The little box under your mini map to turn in quests.

I get a message sometimes on my zygor guide telling me to click the little box under my mini map to turn in quests. I have no such thing show up on my screen. Is this a setting in Wow or a Zygor thing and how do I get it? Please advise. Thanks...

The little box mentioned has something to do with the Blizzard quest tracker. If you minimized it there should be small button below the minimap to show it. In the tracker you can click on a quest that is completable to get the turnin dialog.
However if you use an addon that messes around with the quest tracker or replaces it you may not see this information. You can then open the questlog and turn the quest in there with a button.

Just to understand this correctly Zygor, so by saying it works 98% then should we use he SIS for 1-80 as we used to normally? cause i thought you guys mentioned something about quest ID changed and you had to rework the whole 1-80 all over again it would be my joy day if the 1-80 is working again!!!

Yes, Zygor is saying that 98% of the time SIS should be functioning normally like it used to.
