for some reason, mine is not working... when I try to download it from the members page, it says that i don't have acess to it, and asks me to log in again. When i do, it just refreshes the page page, and does nothing. When I go back to the members page to see if I can 'upgrade' to it, like it said on the warning oage (even though i already purchassed it) the guide is not there, because it says i already own it.

You should be able to download both installers, run them both, and have both guides working. If you prefer the manual install then you should install the first guide, say Alliance, and then unzip the second guide, go into ZygorGuidesViewer/Guides/ and get the ZygorHordeGuide file. Copy that to your World of Warcraft/ Interface / Addons, ZygorGuideViewer / Guides/ folder.

On the mac the DL ends up as a single folder
zygor_alliance_1-80_ingame_guide
in that folder are all the Cartographer folders/files and the 2 folders for the alliance version of the guide ZygorGuidesViewer and ZygorTalentAdvisor

I removed all the old Zigor stuff and the old Cartographer folders and dragged the new zygor_alliance_1-80_ingame_guide to the addons folder but nothing is working as I do not see an installer for the mac how are these folders now to be arranged? do I leave nothing but the Cartographer folders in the zygor_alliance_1-80_ingame_guide folder and bring the ZygorGuidesViewer and ZygorTalentAdvisor folders out one level to be at the AddOns folder level?

I think the new guild looks great. I think you added some stuff thats seems great like the talent builder cause i always find myself lost with the talent trees.

Okay, so...guess everyone has seen the Geico add with the talking "pothole"? Well, that is me right now. I am still unclear if I should be paying for the upgrade....I downloaded version 2, but the window in WOW still says 1-70. Is this just an oversight or have I not downloaded properly? I am addicted to Zygor......so........'kay.....bye

It sounds like you still have Version 1.0 installed and it's messing up. Try this:

1. Go to your WoW AddOns folder and delete all folders with Cartographer or Zygor in the name.
2. Download and install Version 2.0 again.

Thought I had paid 50-55$ for the alliance guide but it says 60$ on the horde guide (scratching my head...)

So, I became an avid fan of Zygor some months ago. I was at a loss of what i was supposed to do to have my main actually /be/ something... (like lvl 80)

I enjoyed my Alliance guide so much (though I really was reluctant to shell out the money for it when I was first getting it) that I actually went and spent the money on the Horde guide

So now the revamp and I can't wait! I've had to be down for the last month because of my move which is soon to be over, and seeing the things that have been added or changed, I may just start a new character for the heck of it.

Kudos to the Zygor team... you really have produced in the past and now into the future a guide that is worth every /copper/ and I have had nothing but good dealings with any type of support.

Seriously, keep up the great work and I hope to continue to see great things from you all in the future!

I couldn't resist and I bought also the alliance version. I know I'm a big spender hehe.

I bout the Alliance version first about 6 months ago, liked it so much I had to get the Horde. Now I am beginning to understand why people like the Horde side better. Great quests, interesting storyline, and great wide areas to hunt in.

bought this guide last year and thanks to the upgrade process i never had to pay to reload the update version when i built a new system. the guide has an easy interface and simple to use. i started a new toon just to see how long it would take to level and as they advertise playing only 4-5 hre a day i had a level 80 in 2 weeks. amazing.
