Is it working for any one else it's keeps sending me to where it looks like I should go near end of the level

I haven't looked at the new guide yet but there's a possibility there's still a small bug with guide level vs. player level. Try going into the Dynamic Progression section of the guide options and setting the slider to 4.

Try moving the slider to 80 and uncheck the 3 boxes then select the Deepholm guide again and rightclick the next step button to fast forward until you reach a step where you should accept a quest you didn't do so far. If the guide stops at a travel step just rightclick the button again.
