Dailies and Events guides not showing in account

I purchased the dailies and events guides today, and received the clickbank receipt, but they don't appear in the updater and on my member web page. They are still marked "trial".

If the guide does not show up on the members page (try to hit the reload button in the browser to force the page to refresh, some stupid browsers have difficulties with that...) use the support form here:
