The best advice we can give right now until the SIS update that Zygor linked to is to turn off the SIS. To do this go into the Dynamic Progression section of the guide options, adjust the 'Allowed levels ahead' slider all the way to the right, and un-check (empty) all of the check boxes.
The old SIS currently has issues with wanting to skip stuff that shouldn't be skipped, but that will be fixed with the new SIS update. The guides themselves are updated for the content so you don't have to worry about that. There is a minor bug with the Talent Advisor that affects some people, it wants to keep forgetting which build you've selected, but the team are looking into this to try to get a fix for it.
