What do you do when you try to rejoin the quest sequence, and cannot?

So, I started to do dungeons at level 60, and have done enough for now at level 62. Then, coming back to the guide I am of course 2 levels ahead of where I used to be. But, when I click through to where level 62 is, I am totally out of sequence.

I'm at level 62, #2, the Guide says Talk to Honor Guard Wesilow, turn in Looking to the Leadership. Of course I do not have that to turn in at all. He has "Unyielding Souls", which of course has noting to do with my sequence. I have flipped through the Guide to look ahead for where to start in again and pickup quests, and nothing makes sense at all.

What do you tell people to do when they opt out for a few levels to do Dungeons and then try to plug back in again and do quests, when they of course are now trying to jump into the middle of quest chains?

I'm not sure what to do here at all with the Guide suggestions.

Zygor, are the reputation things in Outland fixed with the new SIS?

Normally in Outlands it is recommended to stick to the guide and don't skip anything as some quest chains unlock quests much later (Orebor unlocks Telaar). But we'll see what the new SIS will be like

Not quite yet, we've figured out a way to tackle this rep issue while still allowing you to skip ahead when needed. That's coming in a future update soon. We won't sit on that fix for too long.

Sorry, I may be dense, but I have downloaded the new update, and see nothing in the Zygor Guide that refers to SIS. And I am still at the exact same situation with regard to lvl 62, #2. Is there some setting that I'm missing? What is the best thing to do here?

With the new guides, try using the suggest button and loading the one for your level.

This is an extremely frustrating new Guide to use. I have only once been able to successfullyl access the Suggest Button. When that one time occurred, and I asked for Suggest Level, it kept pushing my to the 60-62 Level. I am level 62 and want to move to the level 62-64. It will NOT let me do so, because it states that I am INVALID for that level. What do I do now? I am trapped in this situation.

It simply will only suggest the Hellfire Peninsula, for 60-62, and will not let me go to Zangarmarsh for level 62-64. Why?

You can't manually select the Zangarmarsh guide from the leveling guides section without using the Suggest button?

Each guide has a certain start level that you would naturally be if you followed the guide all the way from level 1. The titles are more of a level range that the specific guide covers, but not necessarily exactly those level ranges.

For example, a level 17-20 guide might really be a level 17.48 - 20.32 guide. So the guide would only begin recommending that 17-20 guide when you are at least level 17.48, and would stop recommending that guide once you are higher than level 20.32.

So, trust the guide. If the guide recommends you go to Hellfire Peninsulsa, go there and just start doing the first quests in the guide that you haven't done yet. Once you reach the minimum level to go to the next guide, boom, you'll be asked if you want to switch guides.

Zangarmarsh has a minimum starting level of:
Alliance: 62.40
Horde: 62.90

We didn't write guide titles to be their actual level ranges, because they would be ridiculously ugly and cluttered looking - something like:

Ashenvale (20.37-27.71)

Also remember that in Outlands it is better to follow every guide as you may still run into reputation issues. I don't know if this already is the case for Zangarmarsh but it may be possible that you have to do the Cenarion quests in HFP to continue to Zangar.
